We have posted an extract from an email sent to us by one of our suppliers threatening to block our account and thus stop supplying us unless we increase our prices.

Our companies have always offered our customers in the UK and in Poland the best possible price we can afford whilst maintaining some margin to pay the overheads of our companies.

We wish it to be known that we will not, nor will we take part in any price maintenance either by voluntary or forced agreement with any of our suppliers.

We will not reply to or acknowledge any communication, email or letter from any supplier sent to all or any one of the companies owned and operated by us which refers in any way or form to price fixing and or price maintenance, further any such communication shall be posted either on this page or a link to such communication will made on this page.

This action is taken by us as price fixing, price maintenance or even discussing the possibility of price fixing and or price maintenance within the UK and Poland (and most likely all throughout the European Union) is highly illegal and is punished by high fines and other penalties.  As such we do not wish to be party to such illegal activities and have chosen to make this statement public in order to avoid any action or actions taken against us by either UK and or Polish Government Legal Departments.

Tymto E-mailem zadam wszystkie sklepi o sprawdzenie swojich cien na swojich portaloch i swojich sklepoch. Zeby byli wszystkie ceny w sklepoch w calej Polsce te same prosze podac ceny dla srednice kursow walut z nastepujacej pliky Excell:

Mam nadzieje ze oto zarzadzenie jest sprawiedliwe wobec wszyskym sklepom.

Ceny, ktore sie nezgadaju z cenami UVP (max. - 10 %) prosze poprawic do piatku 8.5.2009.

Niezgodnosc ceny s cenami UVP i warunkami w umowie jest powod na zablokowanie konta!!
